UV Residential is doing a great job managing this property.. way better than the previous company. They even have a community program called Urban Village where residents get to host their own events and get to know their neighbors!

Sierra Park Apartments

Sierra Park apartments has very nice townhome floor models. Interiors include full kitchens and washer and dryers in the units which is always a plus. Not to mention the location is right next to endless stores and restaurants. The property is also gated and just far enough off the main streets to where it's quiet.

Sierra Park's new management company UV Residential is incredible. They really care about the residents. The Urban Village programs are Exciting, Fun and Educational.
